Fast Lab Technologies
Fast Lab Technologies is a New York-based company that ran a website offering "free" COVID-19 tests, according to federal prosecutors. Prosecutors say it billed Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and other insurers for tests that were never rendered. Its former chief operating officer pleaded guilty in September 2026 to conspiracy to commit health care fraud.
