The fee configuration and the four wallets on Base confirm the equal split. What the three non-hunger quarters fund is labeled differently across WYDE’s documents. Unconfirmed
With most of the supply locked, the price can move sharply in both directions on modest volume. $EAT is a token, and its price can fall as well as rise.
100,000,000,000 $EAT, fixed, on Base. It launched on December 10, 2025. The circulating supply was 10.30 billion on 5 November 2026; the live figure is at wyde.org/api/circulating-supply.
Where does the 1% fee go?
It splits four ways, 25% each: hunger relief, the creator pool, liquidity and the platform, 0.25% of the trade each. The fee configuration and the four wallets on Base confirm the equal shares; WYDE’s documents label the three non-hunger quarters differently, so what each of them funds is unconfirmed.
No, according to WYDE. $EAT trades against a single-sided Uniswap V4 position seeded with 10 billion $EAT, and WYDE’s May 2026 briefing says its LP token has been burned, so the liquidity can never be withdrawn, by the team or anyone else.
When does the locked 80% unlock?
WYDE has not confirmed it. Its documents describe two schedules: unlocks at meals-funded milestones, or all of it on December 17, 2026, after a one-year cliff. They cannot both be right, so until WYDE publishes one answer, do not rely on either.
Does holding $EAT pay me a share of the fees?
No. The fee splits between hunger relief, the creator pool, liquidity and the platform. Rewards on EAT pay for taking part, such as clipping and referrals. See Rewards and bounties.
Why does the price move so sharply?
With most of the supply locked, the float is thin, so the price can move sharply in both directions on modest volume. $EAT is a token, and its price can fall as well as rise.
What WYDE has not confirmed yet
Where WYDE’s own sources differ or have not said. Each stays marked on this page until WYDE publishes one answer.
WYDE, Creator (“rewards for token holders and community members”) and Attention (“marketing, awareness, and community growth”) treasuries, beside the Impact treasury. (Custody and treasury framework)
“Holder Rewards” among the shares, and the fee as a “1% to 5% dynamic liquidity fee + 0.20% to Clanker/Farcaster protocol”. ($EAT whitepaper)
Settled: the four shares are equal, as the fee configuration and the four wallets on Base show. Every source but the whitepaper puts the fee at 1%.
All of it on December 17, 2026: the tokens went into Hedgey Finance vesting contracts on December 17, 2025, to vest over 12 months with a one-year cliff. (Custody and treasury framework)
Both are official WYDE documents, and they cannot both describe the same contracts. Until WYDE publishes one answer, do not rely on either.
Total grants paid to date
WYDE announced its first grant distribution to Feed the Children in April 2026. (GlobeNewswire, 8 April 2026)
About $35,500 in fees had accrued for the cause and the treasury, none of it disbursed yet. ($EAT Briefing, May 2026)
The hunger-relief share earned so far is on-chain, in the impact treasury.

$EAT's economics are unusual by design: a fixed supply, a fee that funds meals and creators on every trade, and liquidity that can never be pulled.
Supply
Total supply: 100,000,000,000 $EAT, fixed, on Base. Launched December 10, 2025.
20% (20 billion) was deployed at launch as initial liquidity and operational liquidity support.
80% (80 billion) is held in vesting contracts. When it unlocks is covered below.
The 1% fee
Every trade pays a 1% fee, collected on-chain and split four ways, 25% each:

The platform
The split is set in the platform's fee configuration, and the four treasury wallets on Base have each received the same amount: about 6.70 ETH as of 5 November 2026. The hunger-relief wallet's 6.70 ETH was worth $14,821.73 when earned, over 116,132 trades, which counts as 74,108 meals funded.
Conversion used: a conservative $1 = 5 meals (below Feeding America's↗ published figure).
Where the hunger-relief share goes: half to Feed the Children, half set aside for a community-voted pool. See Ending hunger.
Disbursements: WYDE announced its first grant distribution to Feed the Children in April 2026, while the May 2026 briefing reported about $35,500 accrued with nothing disbursed yet. WYDE has not confirmed total grants paid to date.
Permanent liquidity
$EAT trades against a single-sided Uniswap V4 position originally seeded with 10 billion $EAT. WYDE's $EAT Briefing, May 2026 (page 2) says its LP token has been burned, which makes the liquidity permanent: it can never be withdrawn, by the team or anyone else. As people trade, ETH flows into the pool and is locked there too; the only way it comes out is by someone buying or selling. The briefing does not link the transaction that burned the LP token. The pool and its liquidity are public on GeckoTerminal↗.
The vesting schedule
The meal-milestone ladder, as published in the May 2026 briefing (the whitepaper uses the same five milestones but different amounts per category). Each milestone releases 16 billion $EAT:

Published tracking dates for that ladder (for platforms like CoinMarketCap that require calendar dates; described as conservative projections, not promises): M1 Dec 1 2027, M2 Aug 1 2028, M3 Jun 1 2030, M4 Jul 1 2032, M5 Dec 1 2033.
Price and volatility
With most of the supply locked, $EAT's float is thin, so its price can move sharply in both directions on modest volume. WYDE’s guides no longer repeat the price projections in the May 2026 briefing: they were a snapshot, not a forecast anyone should rely on. You can model a Uniswap position at clanker.world/lp-simulator.
$EAT is a token, and its price can fall as well as rise. Nothing on this page is investment advice. Live figures come from WYDE’s platform, the supply API and GeckoTerminal; market figures move constantly, so verify them on Basescan and GeckoTerminal.
